Baby n' Me workshop
Bring your babies and connect with other new mothers
This four week interactive workshop includes:
Week
1: “Care for the Caregiver”- Learn how to replace unnecessary guilt with
a plan for self-care. Participate in a mini “baby and me” yoga class and
learn some great nutrition tips for you and your
baby!“Nutrition 101 – PostPartum Phase” Learn about the link between
nutrition and postpartum hormonal imbalances and your emotions as well as what
foods/nutrients/minerals are required to rebalance the body during
breastfeeding and recovery from pregnancy and labour. We will talk about how we
can honour the fourth trimester
Week 2:
“Managing Stress with Yoga”- Learn about stress management, including participating in a baby and me yoga class.
“Nurturing Yourself and Your Relationship”- Share your postpartum emotional
experiences and learn some great tips to nurture your relationship with your
partner.
Week 3:
"Nurturing Yourself and Your Relationship"
Week 4:
“Honouring Myself and Baby”, including a group walk and guided relaxation
exercise.
Bring your baby and sit back and relax while we pamper you
with information and lots of self care tips and techniques. Raising a
child is the most rewarding and most challenging job. Women are taught to
nurture others. This workshop will teach you how to nurture yourselves
giving you more energy to take care of your baby!
